Pregnancy & giving birth is the most wondrous event in any woman’s life. For a woman who is going to be a mother soon, the experience is both very frightening and overwhelming as, during Pregnancy many physical and hormonal changes occur in body. Due to these changes there are many psychological effects she experiences while the child develops in her. It almost takes 38-42 weeks for any women to deliver a normal and a healthy child. Generally a child is delivered after their due date of birth and it is even preferable that you should be prepared of delivery after the eighth month.

How is Mom Doing ?

During pregnancy many things alter for a woman from her body structure to abilities. It is very essential for a Pregnant woman to adopt a definite diet and life style during this phase. Especially the diet should be chosen very carefully as mother’s diet directly affects the child’s health. Always bear this in mind that a healthy mind and fit body can handle all strains of Pregnancy and child birth effectively. So it’s always better relax and de-stress yourself through listening to music, yoga, meditation or morning walks. These will definitely help the mother to relieve her stress and keep her relaxed.

How is Your Baby?

During Pregnancy the child’s health is the major concern for the family and no risk is taken. It is almost like a plant growing from a seed. All care from nutritional diets, vaccinations during pregnancy, regular check ups, and lot more has to be taken care. So, follow all precautions mentioned below properly and your child will be benefitted.

Changes would be in the mothers daily routine
  • Life style change is very important for a pregnant woman because it directly affects the child in her
  • During pregnancy an ideal weight to height ratio is highly recommended. Diabetes and hypertensions are common problems faced by most women during Pregnancy & Child Birth. So, precautions should be taken
  • It is a common recommendation that the mother should always be careful with her routine check ups. This informs them about the growth of the child regularly and even will inform if the child needs any special care
  • Smoking, drugs or alcohol are very harmful for both child and mother during the pregnancy and child birth
  • Avoid using hot tubs or sauna baths during Pregnancy because it might affect the child’s development
  • Healthy eating and regular meals are very important for every child and the mother. Rice, orange juice, bread Green leafy vegetables, fortified cereals, cereals, potatoes are all healthy and nutritious foods, which should be definitely incorporated in the diet during pregnancy
Even after so much difficulty and patience, we all know that happiness waits at the other end. After nine months when you have your baby in your hands all the pain and stress is relieved. All the pain especially during the time of child birth is relieved after seeing your child’s cute face. During this period the child experiences everything whatever the mom feels so rather be happy and enjoy each passing day of your pregnancy.
