Moreover, you may feel moving butterflies in your stomach. You’ll not believe but that is because of hiccups of the child. It is nasty to know that a child swallows his own urine due to which these hiccups originate.

Mother’s Changes

It is always tough for women to give birth to a child. As the time for delivery approaches, it gets fatal and hard to maintain previous comfort levels. Pregnancy Week 29 child gets super-active that may add to your discomforts. The kicks get more vigorous, however, your doctor may suggest you some counter kick exercises. Old enemies- heartburn, constipation and pains may get onto rocks. As the time approaches you feel more tedious to have a sleep or rest.

By this Week 29, your baby may be in a head-down position already, prepared for birth. Even if he's in a bottom-down position (called breech), there's still time for him to turn. When he does, he'll drop lower in your abdomen, his head engaging within the pelvic bones at the birth canal. During Pregnancy, laying flat on your back causes a change in heart rate and blood pressure that is harmful for both mother and kids.

It is why the exercises are advised for the mother so as to be active and avoid such situations. Moreover, it beneficial to have enough vitamins, minerals and fats as this is the growing stage for the child and huge amounts of fats are required for him. Not only these fats tend the child to grow but also provide warmth to him that extends a comfort zone.
